PUEBLO - The 2009 National Little Britches Rodeo Finals will be held at the Colorado State Fair Grounds in Pueblo, July 27 through August 1. Rodeos will be held twice daily at 9:00AM and 6:00PM with the Championship Round held Saturday, August 1, at 10:00AM
Finals is the grand culmination of a year of hard work, dedication, and accomplishment for rodeo contestants ages 5 - 18, striving for the title of "World Champion" in any one of 30 rodeo events. To qualify for the Finals, contestants must place in the top 7 at any 4 rodeos in each event entered at the finals. The overall awards package includes $60, 000 in scholarships and $190,000 in custom-made saddles and buckles.

Join the fun and watch these incredible athletes strut their stuff in events from Goat Tail Untying and Barrel Racing to Bull Riding and Roping, Then be sure to check out "Cowboy Christmas" with over 35 vendors set up in the Kitchen Craft Hall, where you will find a wide variety of western style products and attire. Stop by the Kid's Zone play area and let the kids have fun in the bounce houses or on the water slide.
