FREMONT COUNTY - The first H1N1 vaccination clinic in Fremont County is scheduled for Tuesday. The Fremont County Department of Health will provide vaccinations for high-risk patients at the First Christian Church at the corner of Franklin Avenue and 16th Street in Canon City from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Vaccines will be available for all children between 6-months and 4-years old. In addition children between 5-years old and 18-years old who have chronic medical conditions are also eligible for vaccinations.
Health care workers, first responders, parents who have children on high-risk categories and pregnant women can also get vaccinated.
The shots are for Fremont County residents only.
