DENVER - A Denver school Administrator faces misdemeanor charges after reportedly taping a students' hands together and placing tape over his mouth.

45-year-old Jennifer Carter was arrested Monday morning and served with a Criminal Summons and Complaint charging her with Child Abuse and False Imprisonment.

Denver Police recieved report of the incident at Palmer Elementary School on October 22. The report alleges that an Administrator taped a students' hands together and placed tape over his mouth.
