I have worked for NEWSCHANNEL 13 since 2002. I moved to Pueblo from Texas and hit the ground running, many times with a camera in one hand and notepad in the other. I spent two years as the Pueblo Bureau Chief before moving to Colorado Springs to anchor weekend newscasts. You can also find me out in the field during the week chasing down the latest breaking news or covering other important issues in our community. If the skies open up, you can bet I'll be live and telling you what the conditions are like in the worst spots.

I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and began my career in Midland, Texas. When I'm not working I love discovering new music, building and following my fantasy baseball and football teams and playing poker.

I've covered both big and small stories, even following the news out of the state. Once, a story even took me out of the country when I covered a murder trial in Mexico. My favorite stories are the ones that people in our community trust only me to tell. I work hard to not let them down and not fall short of the standards we've set at NEWSCHANNEL 13.
