COLORADO SPRINGS - Since Southside Johnny’s left its location on Tejon Street, there has been a void to the downtown area. Now, a trifecta business from Denver is coming to fill the spot.

The opening date for Denver Biscuit Company, Fat Sully’s New York Pizza, and the Atomic Cowboy hasn't been determined, but the owner Drew Shader has said it will be either late spring or early summer in 2018.

KRDO NewsChannel 13 asked Shader why he decided that location, and he responded, "We have been looking for a location in the Springs for the last few years and fell in love with the old Trolley building the moment we saw it."

This plan will only take up half of the space at 528 S. Tejon St. It is still unknown what the other part will be used for.
