COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -

Colorado Springs police say two medical marijuana dispensaries were burglarized and a third burglary attempted early Monday morning.

It all started shortly before 3 a.m. at 3226 N. Nevada Avenue when police responded to an alarm. When police arrived, they found that someone had entered the building by breaking the glass front door.  Several items were taken.

While investigating that burglary, police were called to 907 E. Fillmore Street for a burglary in progress at another dispensary.  Officers say they were at the scene quickly but were unable to catch the burglars on scene. Again, several items were taken and a glass window was broken.

A short time later a third burglary attempt was made at a dispensary locates at 890 Dublin Boulevard. The glass door was also broken but the burglar did not make it inside this time.

There are no suspects at this time.
