COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- There was a celebration at the Mountain Post Monday as 140 soldiers returned from Afghanistan. Members of the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division were overseas for a year on a security mission."I'm just ready for life to be back to normal," said Cassi Deister. It's the third deployment for her husband, Staff Sgt. Slade Deister, so she's played the waiting game before. She said it's especially hard because she has four young sons, whose ages range from six to four months. She said the older boys asked about their dad every day."All the time," said Deister. "They wonder how many more days. It's especially hard when they have things going on at school and daddy can't be here for it."The boys gave their dad huge hugs and presented them with pictures they drew for the occasion. Deister said he spent a lot of time missing his sons. He's only seen the baby once before, when he was born."It's hard missing out," said Deister. "Every time I come back they're so much bigger than they used to be."
