COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -

A man is accused of going on a crime spree in Colorado Springs Sunday.

Police say it started in the 4100 block of E. Pikes Peak Avenue where the suspect stole a woman's purse.

From there the man allegedly went to a fast food restaurant in the 2800 block of E. Platte Avenue. Police say he attempted to rob a woman sitting in a car, but she was able to get away.

Following the failed robbery on Platte, police say the suspect moved to a grocery store near Circle and Galley where he stolen a man's wallet. Police say the victim in that case was walking out of the store with groceries when the suspect pointed a gun at him and demanded his wallet.

The unidentified suspect was arrested in an alley near the grocery store.

No injuries have been reported.
