Body found at busy Springs intersection

Hancock Expressway is back open at Delta Drive. The road was closed as police investigated a body that was found in the middle of the road.
Police said they think the man was killed in a hit and run.
Officers said the victim was a black man.
They have not released any details about a car of interest.
