Colorado Springs police were called to Memorial Hospital on a report of an injured child.

The child reportedly fell out of bed. Doctors discovered a spiral fractured right femur and considered it suspicious. Officials have executed a search warrant on the child's home.

No arrests have been made.

The investigation was turned over to the Major Crimes Unit.
