One man is dead and two others are injured after a crash in Fremont County.

The accident happened Wednesday night around 6.

29 year old Christopher Prater was driving a 1998 Ford Explorer when he lost control and flipped the car. Ejecting all three people inside. Prater, was not wearing his seat belt, and died at the scene.

38 year old Brenda Pollack and a 14 year old boy were taken to Memorial Hospital with serious injuries. All three people in the car were from Penrose, Colorado.

Police are still investigating the crash to find the cause.
