An alleged child predator is arrested on multiple counts of child enticement and kidnapping.
31 year old Aaron Gregory Lucas was arrested and taken to the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center. He is charged Enticement of a Child and Kidnapping.
Authorities tell KRDO Newschannel 13 this investigation started back in June. On June 19, 2012, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a child abduction in Stratmoor Valley. A nine year old female had been physically forced into a vehicle driven by a white, bald male. The victim was dropped off a short time later in a nearby neighborhood. The incident was witnessed by the victim’s friend.
Then in October, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Stratmoor Hills area in reference to a report of an enticement of a child. A seven year old female was approached by a white male as she was walking home from school. The suspect made a sexual reference and grabbed the victim by the hand. The victim was able to pull away and ran to the safety of her home.
In both cases, The suspect was described as a skinny, bald, white male, approximately 5’10” tall, approximately 30 to 40 years of age.
After an investigation into these cases by the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office and similar cases by the Fountain Police Department and the Colorado Springs Police Department, the cooperation between the agencies has resulted in the arrest of Lucas.
