All lanes of Hwy 24 are now open after water flowing on the road prompted rush hour closures.

Westbound lanes of Hwy 24 were closed near Cascade.  Traffic was able to get through in one lane of eastbound Hwy 24 but the water caused major backups.

As of 6:30 p.m., Hwy 24 is now open but there are still delays in the area.
