PUEBLO, Colo. -

A tractor trailer carrying ice cream caught on fire on I-25 south of Pueblo Boulevard, forcing the closure of some southbound lanes of I-25.

Our partners at the Pueblo Chieftain report that the truck was completely destroyed when it ran off the side of the road.  One southbound lane has since reopened.

The driver of the truck was able to escape from the truck before it became completely engulfed in flames.  He was treated at the hospital for some minor burns.
