Colorado Springs police said they have gotten new clues in the search for the people who rammed a truck into a medical marijuana shop.
Police investigators staked out the Third Day Apothecary early Friday morning hoping to find some clues about a burglary Thursday.
The burglars came back to the store around 3:15 a.m. and tried to ram a truck into the business in order to break-in, police said.
Investigators said they chased the truck. Police said the burglars crashed the truck at El Camino and Sonota and then ran away.
A K-9 unit was called in to search the area, but was not able to find the burglars.
Police said the truck was a stolen Nissan Titan.
Officials are still investigating.
