Stefanie Dickinson, a woman accused of sexting a minor, was arrested again on a felony charge involving another minor. She was released from jail Wednesday after posting a $25,000 bond.
The El Paso County Sheriff's Office said as a result of an ongoing investigation, detectives arrested Dickinson, 37, at 1:30 p.m. She's already charged with Internet luring by sending inappropriate text messages to her son's friend, a 14-year-old male student, last month.
KRDO Newschannel 13 obtained the arrest affidavit for Dickinson on Wednesday.
The affidavit indicates that during the investigation, the sheriff's office received multiple tips that there was another potential victim of sexual assault from 2008. Last week, according to the document, a 17-year-old male student admitted to having sex with Dickinson on numerous occasions during the summer of that year. The student also admitted to having sex with her several times during his senior year of high school, the document revealed.
Dickinson, a former treasurer for the Ellicott School Board, is accused of sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust, punishable by a prison sentence of between 4 and 16 years. She resigned from her position after her first arrest in September.
According to the affidavit, the victim told police that he had sexual contact with Dickinson at least five times during the summer of 2008. The victim said the sex occurred inside Dickinson's vehicle while in a parking lot, and in her children's playhouse at her home, the document stated.
In the document, the victim said he regularly spent time at Dickinson's house. His father was a single parent, and Dickinson would help take care of him and his younger brother. He then started baby-sitting Dickinson's children and would spend the night at her house.
The victim said he received explicit text messages and pictures from Dickinson on a regular basis, and that she told him not to tell anyone because it could ruin her family and her relationship with her husband.
According to the document, one of Dickinson's children saw her and the victim kissing, and told others. At least two of the victim's friends, the document revealed, saw nude photos of Dickinson on his phone.
The document stated that Dickinson told the victim that sex with her husband was dull and she wanted attention from other men. The victim said he trusted Dickinson, considered her a guardian and felt that she took advantage of him.
