Suspect driver gets away during short car chase

Police are looking for the driver who got away during a short car chase Sunday night.
Police pulled over a red Chevrolet pickup truck, with Colorado license plates, for a traffic violation at E. Kiowa Ave. and Union Blvd. around 9:00 p.m.
The driver sped off as police approached the truck.
Police chased the truck for a short time, but stopped when the driver ran a red light.
No one was injured during the car chase.
