A man who detectives said may have shot and killed a man at a Colorado Springs motel Saturday has turned himself in.
Billie Thomas Allen, 25, turned himself in to authorities in Ca?ñon City Sunday without incident.
Allen was wanted by Colorado Springs police following the shooting death of Justin Dore, 29.
Dore was killed Saturday at the Days Inn motel off Garden of the Gods Road.
Allen is facing manslaughter charges according to Colorado Springs police.
