A wanted man was arrested early Sunday morning in Colorado Springs.

Daniel Martinez was found around 1:30 a.m.

He was in the Yukon Tavern off  of Circle and Airport when police caught up with him.

Police said they tried to stop him, but were forced to use a stun gun when Martinez wouldn't cooperate.

Officers said he was wanted for felony escape since last August.
