AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. - The Air Force Academy is investigating what it calls an alleged "human relations incident" that happened at the academy's preparatory school.
Academy officials said they could not provide more details about the incident because it is an ongoing investigation.
An academy spokesperson says officials became aware of the alleged incident on Thursday morning and an investigation was immediately launched.
In a news release, the spokesperson says that the Air Force and the Air Force Academy stand for respect and dignity for every individual and that it takes all such allegations seriously.
The academy says the people involved in the investigation have been suspended pending its outcome.
