PUEBLO, Colo. - Pueblo County commissioners approved two marijuana-related moratoriums Monday.
The first extends the county's moratorium on retail marijuana facilities until January 1, 2019.
The second moratorium is a brand new one. It applies to marijuana cultivation facilities and will expire at the end of April 2019.
The cultivation moratorium provides for a few exceptions. Anyone who is licensed to operate a retail store can also get a cultivation license under the moratorium. Licenses can also be granted for locations that have previously had a grow facility.
