COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -

Professional soccer is coming to Colorado Springs.

The Gazette reports that a United Soccer Leagues PRO men's team owned by Ragain Sports will start playing in the city in March 2015. Nicholas Ragain told the newspaper that the team doesn't have a name yet.

More details about the Colorado Springs team could be released at an official announcement planned for Thursday afternoon. The team could play in a new stadium proposed for the city's downtown.

USL PRO and Major League Soccer announced earlier this year that its franchises will sign affiliation agreements by next season.
