Every time Dominick Fini steps on a mat, he wants to be the best, "My competitiveness, just wanting to be the best at everything I do," says Fini.Last year at the state wrestling tournament, Dominick was forced to realize he wasn't the best. He got beat in the finals, "I just wasn't good enough at that time, but I got better. I'm better for it. I'm glad I didn't win last year. It made me get to work," says Fini.
With one last shot to win a state championship, his future football coach at CSU-Pueblo will tell you, he's laser focused on that title, "He's intense, the only thing he cares about is training, school, and winning," says John Wristen.
