CSPD searching for armed robber

CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Gas station robbed at gunpoint

COLORADO SPRINGS - A man is wanted for robbing a local gas station at gunpoint on Friday night. 

At around 9:45 p.m., a man in a black ski mask and ski goggles entered the Everyday gas station off N. Circle Drive and pointed a black, semi-auto handgun at an employee. 

The victim told police that after he handed over the cash, the suspect kicked him and then ran with the money. As the robber was running out of the back door, he fired one shot from his gun.



Fortunately, no one was hit. 

The suspect is described as standing 5'9" to 5'11". He was also wearing camouflage pants, tan military style boots, a black hoodie and white gloves at the time of the robbery.
