COLORADO SPRINGS - A former Fort Carson soldier is heading to prison for 60 years.
Daniel Newell admitted to fatally stabbing a man during a home invasion in Colorado Springs last year.
Newell and Michael Durante killed Kyle Sullivan after they broke into Sullivan's house while trying to steal marijuana.
