Lockdown lifted on Palmer High School, North Middle School after reports of shots fired

COLRADO SPRINGS - Reports of shots fired placed Palmer High School and North Middle School on precautionary lockdown on Wednesday morning.

District 11 sent out a tweet at around 12:10 p.m. saying that lockdown was lifted at Palmer High School. 

 

 

And just minutes before, the lockdown was also lifted at North Middle. 

Police told KRDO NewsChannel 13 that officers are still in the area investigating the reports of shots fired but have yet to find anything. 

No other details have been released at this time.
