Three people riding with Beaman were ejected from the vehicle. Two of the victims, Kelby Engleen, 21, of Des Moines, Iowa and Jacob Busch, 33, of Colorado Springs, were pronounced dead at the scene.

Neubauer, 22, of Ogden Iowa.

Investigators say alcohol use is being considered as a contributing factor in the crash. However, the crash remains under investigation.
