One person arrested as Colo. Springs Police investigate several vehicle break-ins

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - An 18-year-old suspect is under arrest after several cars were broken into in a northern Colorado Springs neighborhood. 

Officers were called to the area of Windjammer Drive, near Rampart High School by a concerned neighbor who said a man they didn't know was getting into their neighbor's car. 

When they arrived, a man in dark clothing ran away from officers.

After an hour long search, police K9 Ozzie found Skyler Vincent hiding in someone's backyard.

Investigators say several other unlocked cars appear to have been rummaged through.
