Man accused of DUI crash killing Falcon HS student pleads guilty to vehicular homicide

COLORADO SPRINGS - The man accused of causing a crash that claimed the life of a Falcon High School student pleaded guilty on Monday. 

Michael Fay, 53, is accused of driving drunk along Woodmen Road and colliding into Michael Finley, 18, back in April. 

Finley was pronounced dead at the scene. Fay walked away with minor injuries.

Fay is pleading guilty to vehicular homicide. He could be sentenced anywhere from 20 to 24 years in prison. 

Fay will be sentenced on October 10 at 1:30 p.m.
