Three who died in crash at Babcock & Galley identified

COLORADO SPRINGS - The Coroner's Office has identified the three who died in a crash at the intersection of Babcock and Galley on Thursday, July 27. 

James Daily, 76, Danya Daily, 73, and Trevor Weisse, 31, were the three of the four people involved in the collision.

Police say that James and Danya were in a Honda Van traveling north on Babcock when it attempted to turn onto Galley and was hit broadside by a Jeep traveling east on Galley.

The passenger of the Jeep, Trevor Weisse, and Danya were pronounced dead at the scene. 

James was taken to the hospital where he later died. 

It was last reported that the driver of the Jeep is in serious but stable condition.

Police said they don't consider alcohol or speeding as factors in the crash.
