Tiny Kissing Camels sculpture stolen from downtown Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS - The tiny Kissing Camels brass sculpture located in downtown Colorado Springs has been stolen.

It was part of the City's Art on the Streets program.

Artist Scottie Burgess created the Kissing Camels to go along with his series called Civic Treasures.

By following the yellow foot prints placed on the sidewalk, you could find all three sculptures he placed downtown.

Kissing Camels was located at Kiowa and Tejon, and the other two are by Einsteins and Josh & John's.

If you have any info on where the Kissing Camels sculpture might be, please call (719) 886-0088 or CSPD at (719) 444-7000.
