"Sexually Violent Predator" resides in Fountain neighborhood

FOUNTAIN, Colo. - A man classified as a "Sexually Violent Predator" by the Court has recently been released from the Department of Corrections and lives in a neighborhood in Fountain. 

According to the Fountain Police Department, Dennis Eugene Hase, 57, is living at 406 East Missouri Avenue in Fountain and will be under parole supervision. 

Hase's latest conviction was in 2016 of Attempted Sexual Assault- Overcome Victim's Will- a Felony. He was also convicted of Sexual Assault on a Child in 1989, DWAI in 1987, Criminal Mischief in 1990, DWAI in 2003, Assault in 2005, Attempted Burglary in 2006, Domestic Violence/Assault in 2015 and a Class B Traffic Infraction also in 2015. 

Hase is described as being a 6'1" tall and weighing 170 pounds with white hair and blue eyes. 

Has is the only “Sexually Violent Predator” registered with the Fountain Police Department and who lives in this community.
