COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Three of the five suspects in the murders of Derek Greer and Natalie Partida were in court Monday for advisements.
Diego Chacon, Joseph Rodriguez, and Marco Antonio Garcia-Bravo will be charged with 1st degree murder, 2nd degree kidnapping, aggravated robbery and child abuse.
All three are being held without bond and will be back in court on April 11 at 8:30 a.m.
The other two suspects linked to this case are Gustavo Marquez and Alexandra Romero.
Marquez was advised of the charges against him a week ago and Romero will be in court tomorrow.
Greer, 15, and Partida, 16, were found dead off Old Pueblo Road about 3/4 of a mile south of Hanover Road on March 12.
The sheriff's office has not released how they died or offered a theory about why they were killed.
