Woman connected to highspeed chase in El Paso Co OIS now missing

EL PASO COUNTY - A woman whose truck was used in a high-speed chase in El Paso County earlier this week has been reported missing.

Sabrina Golik from Pueblo has not been seen since being released from the Pueblo County Jail on Monday. Her dad reported her missing on Wednesday.

"It's very unusual especially considering now what happened that she hasn't tried to reach out to any family member at all," said Joseph Golik, Sabrina's dad.

Her truck was used in Tuesday morning's police chase that ended in Fountain with deputies shooting the suspect.

According to authorities, Golik was dating the suspect.

Pueblo police have assigned detectives to the case because of the connections to the chase. The Department is asking the public to keep an eye out for her.

"The circumstances surrounding this incident just raises our attention level to it," said Capt. Kenny Rider with the Pueblo Police Department.

Golik says he is afraid of the worst-case scenario.

"Something happens, and he does her some type of harm and she's gone and he goes on some type of crazy binge with police," Golik said.

Golik said he just wants his daughter to let them know shes OK.

"We just want you to come home. We want you to know that you're safe. We want to get you some help. Your family is worried about you, Sabrina," Golik said.

Golik said she could be in Pueblo or Colorado Springs. If you have any information about her disappearance, call the police.
