Five arrested in string of bank robberies

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Colorado Springs Police have arrested five people in connection to a string of recent bank robberies.

Among the robberies they've been linked to, the one that happened at the ANB Bank, 1095 W. Garden of the Gods Road, on the morning of Thursday, January 23, 2014.

Police say a parolee from Tennessee and four other people who may call themselves "The Memphis Boys" are responsible for the robberies.

Darius Marion, Deshuna Marion, Leviticus Marion, Terrell Marion and James Greer were arrested.

The men are also suspected in the following bank robberies:

  • UMB Bank at 290 E. Cheyenne Mtn. Blvd. on Dec. 11
  • TCF Bank at 3175 E. Platte on Jan. 6
  • TCF Bank at 4330 N. Academy on Jan. 13
