Man arrested accused of kidnapping two people in Colorado Springs

TELLER COUNTY, Colo. - A man wanted in connection to a kidnapping in Colorado Springs has been arrested in Teller County. 

Timothy Ray Vigil, 32, was arrested Friday night after FBI agents got information that Vigil was in a neighborhood between Divide and Florissant.

Vigil is facing charges of 1st degree kidnapping. Colorado Springs police believe that Vigil is one of three people involved in a kidnapping that happened on the 300 block of South 18th Street in Colorado Springs on Dec, 20th.

Police said two victims were kidnapped and later released. One of the victims suffered minor injuries.

Detectives are still searching for two more people in connection to this kidnapping.

The have issued an arrest warrant for Suzanne Cherri Capretz, 29. She is a white woman, five feet, eight inches tall, 170 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes. She is considered armed and dangerous.

Police do not yet have the name or the description of the third suspect.
