Police arrest 2 men for series of robberies in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Two men have been arrested for multiple robberies in Colorado Springs. 

Daryl Lamonte Ridgell is suspected of two robberies. Those include one at the Security Services Federal Credit Union at 5820 Barnes Road on September 2 and the Walgreens at 6820 Centennial Boulevard on September 4.

On September 8, Ridgell was arrested and charged with two counts of robbery. Ridgell was also wanted by the United States Marshalls Service for a Weapons Charge.

Christopher Lee Barry, 32, was also arrested on September 8 for allegedly robbing the Chase Bank on Duryea Drive on September 6.

Detectives also believe he helped Ridgell with the robbery at Security Services Federal Credit Union and Walgreens. 

 He is now being charged with three counts of Robbery.

Barry was previously arrested and charged with a series of robberies in April and May 2017 to include banks, Walgreens, and an IHOP restaurant. He bonded out in May of 2017.
