PUEBLO WEST, Colo. - A 19-year-old and two minors were arrested after a gun was fired in a Pueblo West neighborhood on Tuesday afternoon.
Arturo Aragon, 19, along with a 17-year-old and a 16-year-old are now facing a charge of felony menacing.
They were arrested at the Kwik Stop off S. McCulloch not long after shots were fired in the 700 block of S. Knox Drive. A call to the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office on suspicious activity is what led deputies to the teens.
The three drove up to a home off S. Knox and made contact with the person living there. When the victim walked outside, one of the teens flashed a gun and fired at least one shot, according to the Sheriff's Office.
During their arrest, a loaded handgun was recovered. Deputies believe it was used off S. Knox and that it was also reported stolen from a home burglary in Pueblo West.
