PUEBLO, Colo. - A man who pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the shooting death of another man outside a Pueblo bar has been formally sentenced.
Timothy Trujillo was sentenced to 48 years in prison under the terms of a plea agreement that was reached in September.
Prosecutors argued Trujillo shot and killed Devin Clark outside of the Iron Horse Bar downtown in February.
Investigators believe the shooting happened after a fight broke out between two gangs. They don't think Clark was the intended target.
Two other people were injured in the shooting.
