PUEBLO, Colo. - A man in Pueblo is being accused of selling heroin outside his auto shop on the east side of town.
According to an arrest affidavit, Daniel Vasquez was arrested after the FBI arranged some "controlled purchases" of heroin with Vasquez at his business, Get your Fix Automotive off E. Fourth Street.
Those happened on March 17, March 21, and April 17, according to the arrest affidavits.
FBI agents raided Vasquez's home on August 31 and found a 19mm Glock 19 Handgun.
Vasquez is currently only charged with having a gun after being convicted of a felony.
Our partners at The Pueblo Chieftain reported the U.S. Attorney's Office for Colorado saying the investigation is continuing, referencing possible drug charges.
A judge in Denver denied bond for Vasquez on Wednesday.
