PUEBLO, Colo. - A man from Pueblo West has been arrested for threatening to kill his mother-in-law and her family.
The mother-in-law told the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office that Steven A. Hancock, 28, made threats to her over the phone on Tuesday night.
Deputies went to a home in the 800 block of Glenvista Drive and found Hancock lying on the ground in the driveway next to his vehicle which was running and the lights were on.
Hancock told deputies he was wheelchair bound.
While putting Hancock in custody, deputies found two loaded handguns and a rifle in his possession.
Hancock was arrested for two counts of menacing and domestic violence. He has been booked into the Pueblo County Jail.
