Autopsy finds no signs of foul play in Pueblo woman's death, but someone tried to burn her body

PUEBLO, Colo. - The Pueblo Police Department has released new information about the death of a woman whose body was found in a gully near the Pueblo Motorsports Park.

Preliminary autopsy results for Deborah Garcia, 44, found no signs of foul play in her death.

Police say Garcia's body was discarded in a gully and someone tried to burn her body after she died.

Garcia's remains were found in a field north of the motorsports park, which is in the 3700 block of N. Pueblo Boulevard, at around 2 p.m. on November 29, 2016.
