Two men wanted for carjacking in Fremont Co.

FREMONT COUNTY, Colo. - The Fremont County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding two men who are accused of forcibly taking a 65-year-old's car along Fremont County Road 112.

The two have been identified as Jonathan Madrid and Gerald Rodriguez.

On November 21, the man told deputies that he had been pulled out of his 1993 Ford Ranger by two Hispanic men. He said that he tried to fight the men off but was unsuccessful. As the two pulled away, they hit and killed the victim's dog.

The vehicle was eventually found by deputies after its involvement in a hit-and-run in Pueblo.
