Home and Landscape Expo set this weekend in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Colorado Springs will host the 20th annual Colorado Springs Home and Landscape Expo this weekend.

The expo begins Friday and will run through Sunday at the Norris-Penrose Event Center on Lower Gold Camp Road.

It will feature exhibits and demonstrations by local and national companies, designed to help consumers through the process of home improvement.

"The Home and Landscape Expo is a great place for people with questions about building a new home or improving an older one," show manager David Haight said. "There are over 100 exhibitors on hand to help you with everything from hanging a towel rack to building a new house."

The expo will run from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

More than 8,000 people are expected to attend. Admission is $4 for adults, and free for children under 18.
