The man whose mug shot earned him the nickname "Hot Felon" now has an agent and is trying to land a modeling contract.
Jeremy Meeks was arrested on suspicion of felony weapons charges in Stockton, California, last month, and his mug shot posted to the Stockton Police Department's Facebook page quickly went viral and made him a trending topic on social media.
Gina Rodriguez confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that she's been hired to represent Meeks. She hopes to land him a modeling contract or even a reality TV show in an effort to help him "turn his life around," according to the Daily Mail.
But before he gets in front of a camera, Meeks first needs to get out of jail.
The 30-year-old is being held on $1 million bail after his arrest on seven felony charges, including "street terrorism," and two misdemeanors for resisting arrest and revocation of parole.
Meeks previously did time for grand theft and has had numerous other run-ins with the law, according to the Los Angeles Times.
