JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. -

A pre-evacuation order was sent to 920 homes in Coal Creek Canyon because of a new wildfire Thursday.

Deputies were going door to door evacuating some residents immediately, KMGH reported.

One home has burned according to KMGH, but investigators aren't sure whether the fire started at the home and spread from there, or if the fire started somewhere else and then spread to the home.

Right now, this fire is being called the Lillis Lane fire. It has reportedly burned 1 or 2 acres and is 100% contained.
