3 killed, 2 injured in Weld County crash

DENVER - - Authorities say three people were killed and two others were injured when a flatbed truck crashed into a car in Weld County.
Cpl. Heather Cobler, a spokeswoman for the Colorado State Patrol, says a man driving the truck was southbound on County Road 49 when he crashed into a car that was headed east on County Road 54 on Saturday morning.
The truck driver was taken by helicopter to a hospital, but his condition was not released.
Two adults and one child that were in the car were pronounced dead at the scene. Another child in the car was flown by helicopter to a hospital in Aurora.
The Denver Post (http://bit.ly/SWiMB1 ) reports the names of those involved have not been released.
