COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Accused child pimp Trevor Baker is back behind bars and the search is over for the teen he's accused of prostituting.
Baker was re-arrested Friday for allegedly violating a restraining order that says he can't have contact with the 17-year-old alleged victim in the case.
It's the second time Baker has been accused of violating the order. After bailing out of jail twice, he is now being held without bond.
Also on Friday, the alleged victim's mother contacted police after the teen went missing. The girl had been hanging out with friends Thursday night.
"She left them at 3 a.m. They called me and told me she was gone," said the girl's mother, who didn't want to be identified for fear of retaliation by those involved with the child prostitution case.
The teen's mom said she believed her daughter could be in danger because there are a lot of people who don't want her to testify against Baker. The teen was found at about 9 p.m. Her mother said the girl has struggled since Baker was arrested.
"She is a very caring person and she has felt horrible about what everyone is going through," said her mother. "As any victim in this situation, she's very traumatized and going to have to go through a lot of therapy to get past this."
Baker was arrested in May after police said he was caught with the teen and an 18-year-old female at a Colorado Springs motel. According to arrest documents, Baker admitted to pimping them, but said the underage girl, who was 16 at the time, told him she was 18.
