Air Force Thunderbirds kick off 2017 show season

The Air Force Thunderbirds kicked off their 2017 season with a performance in Titusville, Florida this week. 

The Thunderbirds 2017 schedule includes performances at the Air Force Academy graduation on May 24 and at the Pikes Peak Regional Airshow in Colorado Springs on September 23 and 24.

The Thunderbirds, activated on May 25, 1953, are the Air Force's official demonstration squadron.
