PUEBLO, Colo. - Pueblo Police have arrested a pair of brothers in connection to a shooting in the 100 block of W. B Street.

The brothers, identified as Cesario Vigil, 32, and Claude Vigil, 29, are facing charges of attempted second degree murder. They were arrested on the evening of Friday, December 13, 2013 on $100,000 bond.

The victim in the shooting, Eugene Roy, was rushed to the hospital at 1:39 a.m. on the morning of December 7, 2013.

The Vigil brothers were questioned by police on the night of the shooting. They were not arrested at that time due to a lack of evidence.
